Well, actually we've all heard a few. But, you won't find any silly questions here. Just some quick, fast answers to things you want to know.

Why the name Ardent Faith?

The word ardent means "passionately devoted".  These words were often used to describe the leadership and vision of our young church.  The word faith was used because of our tremendous confidence in the abilities of God to bring our church into its destiny.

Is Ardent Faith part of a denomination?

We are part of a network of churches called Christian Growth International based in Chelmsford, England.  They cover us, guide us, and hold us accountable.  So it's like a denomination only we are partnered together by relationship rather than set hierarchical, doctrinal or procedural rules.  We aren't against denominations though.

If I come to one of your services or events, what should I wear?

The dress is mostly casual.

How do I become a member?

Come more than twice.  Seriously though, we don't have forms and letters and papers and such.  If you are meant to be at Ardent Faith then we are confident that God will show you after spending some time with us.  So check us out- no pressure.

How do I get involved in the ministries at your church?

Show up with a servant's heart and teachable spirit and we will get you plugged into the right place.  Different ministries require differing levels of training, maturity, and accountability.  Our experience is that the really fun ministries usually require the least amount training!! Don't worry about being shoved into something you can't handle.  We'll be there for you each step of the way.
